Recruitments at Seereon
Candidates are invited to apply on-line and then the candidates would go through the recruitment process of the company. These positions require specific skill-sets and experience. Other basic attributes that Seereon looks for are integrity, high energy, creativity, leadership, team skills and the ability to think strategically.
A technical round of interview is followed by a two day programme, which would be intimated to the shortlisted candidate in the technical round. Here the candidate gets to understand its requirements. The organization also benefits in evaluating the technical competence of the person attending this programme.
Entry level talent is also put through a orientation on all the technology practices and services. The induction programme is followed by the allocation of employees to various technologies / unit. Once allocated to a technology / business unit, the employee goes through a detailed induction in the technology and business domain.
